To become a member, Archery GB requires you to first complete a Beginners’ course. For information on our Beginner courses please see here. Archers with previous formal shooting experience can join the club upon passing a safety assessment – to arrange an assessment please contact our membership secretary via the enquiry form.
Membership Explained
Your Archery membership is composed of two parts (1) Archery GB membership that provides the insurance and (2) the individual club membership.
Archery GB Membership
Each archer must hold valid Archery GB membership. This covers their insurance and without it they are not permitted to shoot at any Archery GB-affiliated club. It is each archer’s responsibility to manage their Archery GB membership and the fee is separate from their RRAC club fee.
For Archery GB membership fee information and instruction on how to set up your Sport80 account please see

Regular RRAC members should have their primary club listed as ‘Royal Richmond AC’ and county as ‘Surrey AA’ in their Sport80 account.
Affiliate members are kindly asked to mark ‘Royal Richmond AC’ as their secondary club in their Sport80 account.
